Get To Know Us

Impande Rooted is a Non-Profit Organization (NPO) aimed at youth development and empowerment in the townships. Our programs are targeted at  empowering the youth with skills that include but not limited to  Financial Literacy, Work readiness, CV pointers, Credit  Score Awareness, Goal Setting,
Mentorship, Arts & Culture and coaching. When the opportunity arises we do make means to link the youth within the organization with possible employers.

We also facilitate parenting intervention programs that are aimed at providing a safe space for parents of teenagers to go through counselling sessions with our experienced experts. This sessions assist in providing guidelines and a clear picture of what career path our young ones should pursue after their high school life

The Vision

Ours is to host the ‘GRADE 13A BOOTCAMP‘ along with the ‘PARENT MEETING BOOTCAMP’ initiatives quarterly to expand our footprint. Other bootcamp or programs we have in our organization include 'LADIES ONLY BOOTCAMP', 'MEN UP SUMMER BOOTCAMP' and the 'COMMUNITY CLEANING PROGRAM'.

We are currently based in Ivory Park, Thembisa. Our current reach is Ivory Park, Ebony Park, Clayville, Kaalfontein and Rabie Ridge. We would like to intensify our current reach in these areas before branching out, which qualifies this as our five year plan.

We also plan to take our Financial Literacy and CV pointers sessions to schools within these areas as this will prepare school leavers for the world that awaits them. This part is 1/3 year plan.

At Impande Rooted we are committed to:

- Provide honest high quality guidance

- Being a trusted organization which is committed to assisting the youth in paving a clear path into

   their future.

- Delivering an effective, efficient and respectful service with integrity and accountability using both

   proven and innovative methodologies.

There Is A Saying

Trust the timing of life. Learn to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations. We believe that when one lives their life by following these words and stay focused, they will live a full and happy life
When one door closes sometimes we need to turn the knob to open another.
